We are delighted to recognize Krista Burney and her husband’s beautifully restored investment property at 3830 Eastview Ave as our September 2026 Home of the Month! Drawn to the home’s mid-century character and good bones, they thoughtfully renovated the property while preserving original features, including its distinctive brickwork and wall of jalousie windows. With fresh landscaping, new flooring, paint, and carefully selected finishes, they brought new life to the home while respecting the architecture that makes it special. As owners of two other properties in Northwood Hills, Krista and her husband continue to invest in our neighborhood with the goal of leaving each home—and Northwood Hills—a little better than they found it.
