Congratulations to Dan and Elliot and their beautiful 1920s Spanish Colonial home!

Dan and Elliot took a leap of faith when they purchased their home sight unseen while living in California. They immediately fell in love with its character and potential and got to work bringing it back to life.

Since moving to Northwood Hills three years ago, they’ve thoughtfully added a bathroom, updated the layout and flooring, refreshed the paint, and reimagined the landscaping—all while preserving the charm that made them fall in love with the home in the first place.

Today, they share their beautiful home with their two young children, Jensen and Farris, and can often be spotted biking around the neighborhood. Be sure to give them a wave when you see them out and about!
