Celebrating 100 Years of Northwood Hills
In November 2025, the Northwood Hills Neighborhood Association proudly celebrated the neighborhood's 100th anniversary with a Historic Home Tour unlike any before it. The centennial celebration welcomed hundreds of guests from across South Florida to experience the charm, architecture, and community spirit that have defined Northwood Hills for a century.

Our Historic Home Tour invites guests inside beautifully restored historic homes while celebrating the architecture, stories, and people that make Northwood Hills special. The tour comes to life with classic automobiles, live music, food and wine, and special experiences that make exploring our neighborhood memorable.
More than a celebration, the Home Tour is the Northwood Hills Neighborhood Association’s largest recurring fundraiser, supporting beautification, historic preservation, educational programs, and community events throughout the year.
It also takes a community to make it happen. We are always looking for homeowners willing to open their doors, volunteers to help plan and host the event, local businesses and organizations interested in sponsoring or partnering with us, and neighbors with ideas or talents to contribute.
