Neighbors Serving Neighbors
The Northwood Hills Neighborhood Association is powered by residents who volunteer their time, talents, and energy to make our neighborhood a stronger, more connected place to live.
Our Board of Directors provides leadership, governance, and advocacy for the Association, while our Block Captains help build connections at the street level. Together, they help keep residents informed, bring neighborhood concerns and ideas forward, and create more opportunities for everyone to participate.
The Board leads and represents the Association. Block Captains connect and engage our neighbors. And our residents make it all possible.
Who Should I Contact?

You are new to the neighborhood, want to get more involved, have a question about what is happening nearby, want to connect with other neighbors, or have noticed something on your block that may be worth bringing to the Association's attention.

You have a neighborhood-wide concern, want to propose an Association project or partnership, have a question about Association business, want an issue considered by the Board, or need to communicate directly with Association leadership.

You need assistance with code enforcement, garbage or sanitation service, utilities, street or infrastructure issues, permitting, police matters, or another municipal service.
If you're not sure where to start, reach out to us. We would rather help point you in the right direction than have a neighbor not know where to turn.

Block Captains help keep neighbors informed by distributing important updates and materials provided by the Board. They also serve as a connection between residents and the Board, sharing neighborhood concerns that may require follow-up or coordination with City officials.
